The Subaru Legacy is a stylish five-passenger midsize sedan that has been completely redesigned from last year's model. New additions include a resize at 1.4 inches longer, nearly four inches wider, three inches taller, and a wheel base that's been increased by more than three inches. The Subaru Legacy  has been redesigned with an arched roof line, tapering down to a short deck lid, an accented strip of chrome that tucks into the back door. All of the new style features accent the sleek and stylish Legacy, as well as Subaru's legacy as a car-manufacturer.

Available in base 2.5i, 2.5i Premium, 2.5i Limited, 2.5GT Premium, 2.5GT Limited, 3.6R Premium and 3.6R Limited trim levels, the Subaru Legacy comes with a 2.5-liter, 4 cylinder engine, producing 265 horse power and 258 pound feet of torque. A newly designed brake booster results in a twenty percent increase in response, and the Legacy inherits the same two-piston calipers with vented discs from the previous model. Features for the base model include 16-inch steel wheels, heigh-adjustable driver seat, 60/40 fold-down rear seats, and a four speaker stereo with CD player and auxiliary audio jack. The Subaru Legacy 2.5GT model comes equipped with the turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, 18-inch alloy wheels, performance tires, and the All Weather package. The 3.6R adds a 3.6-liter flat-six engine, and all Limited models come equipped with leather-upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, and bluetooth connectivity. Standard safety features include anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, front and curtain side airbags, and stability control.
