Yadira Cedillo was an excellent communicator, with useful updates all the time our Outback was being serviced there. I never once had to wonder what was happening. As you know, when an insurance claim is part of a project, things can get a bit jumbled. But Yadi was "on it" every step of the way. This is now our favorite dealership.

I take our Subarus to this dealership for all maintenance and repairs. Service advisor Jaime Vega goes out of his way to take excellent care of our cars, is transparent and honest about which repairs are most important, keeps costs down, makes the drop off and pick up very convenient, accomodates my schedule even with last minute changes, and keeps me informed while my car is in the shop. For all four of our Subarus, I always choose Jaime as my service advisor.

Jaime Vega in the Service Department is always helpful. He was the first service advisor I met at Sierra Subaru and I keep going back because I really appreciate his professionalism. Waiting area has snacks, air conditioning, comfy chairs, and TV while you wait for your car to be serviced. I get a text update when my car is checked in and when it’s done. Plus, the service tech sends a video of the services performed.

On driving down from Fremont CA on a visit to support my mother following surgery, I discovered a significant oil leak and brought my 2010 Forester in for evaluation. Not only is their sales dept the most professional and positive experience, their service depart routinely exceeds expectiations. My service advisor, Sandy Perez, was quick, efficient, professional; she explained exactly what service was required, kept me informed while I waited, and when the technicians identified an unexpected problem she reported the problem, recommended a solution, advised on any additional costs, which were all reasonable. Comfortable and quiet waiting area made the time go by quickly.
